The CTLP Flare Thru variant offers a fully lined, continuous PTFE wetted path from hose through the end connection. This design is ideal for sanitary, chemical, and high-purity uses where metal exposure must be avoided. Convoluted PTFE hoses in this configuration combine flexibility with hygienic performance and compatibility with standard PTFE hose fittings, and the braided PTFE hose option further supports pressure demands.

Available with Tri-Clamp or 150# flange ends, the CTLP Flare Thru maintains full PTFE coverage to minimize entrapment and facilitate cleaning. It can be specified as a braided PTFE hose for added pressure capability or in a rubber covered construction for external protection. The PTFE convoluted hose design supports both suction and discharge operations, and its corrugated profile helps accommodate misalignment, thermal expansion, and vibration, especially when mated to properly selected PTFE hose fittings.
