Sight Glasses are great for monitoring flow in high-stress applications

Rubber Fab sight gauges are sturdy and perform well in high-stress applications. They are ideal for flow monitored applications where high temperatures and/or corrosive and abrasive products are processed. These liquid level sight flow indicators are high and low pressure rated, have a moderate pressure rating and are unaffected by ultra violet rays or sunlight. Rubber Fab’s sight gauges are not contaminating and will not impart odor or taste. They are ideal for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, high purity acids, and ultra pure water problem applications.

Rubber Fab’s 316 Stainless Steel Hose Fittings and Adapters have many different uses. A hose fitting is either ”attached” to the hose by a crimp, or internally expanded to make a more permanent assemble. An adapter can either be attached to a hose by use of a band or some other method where it can disassembled easily, or it can “adapted” from a hose fitting to mate up with another type fitting.

Over-tightening causes hygienic seal intrusion into the piping I.D., which can result in tearing and sticking resulting in system contamination. Rubber Fab’s Controlled Compression products act as a positive mechanical stop making “over-tightening” virtually impossible. The Torque-Rite® creates the right seal for any elastomer based on inch/pounds and the Torque Tee can be used as with the socket and any standard clamp to torque a seal in tight spaces.
