The Idea Man will be greatly missed

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Robert (Bob) DuPont. Bob passed away peacefully Sunday, February 24, 2019.

Bob DuPont founded Rubber Fab with Pat Parisi in 1995, in a farm house in Andover NJ. Known as the innovator, customers and end users alike would line up at trade shows just to get to talk to Bob about the industry and pick his brain about new products and problems that needed to be solved. Bob would take the time to speak to everyone, giving them words of wisdom about business and life.

Bob touched so many lives in his years of business. He held many titles, yet humbly would do anything needed to make his company successful. He was always listening, learning and thinking of the next great thing and held many patents to prove it!
