The Rubber Fab family lost one of their own. Gary Johnson passed away at his home on February 12, 2021. Gary was best known for his knowledge of all things gaskets and hoses but we really loved him for the way he lit up the room with his smile and a funny joke. You could always count on Gary for a laugh or some words of wisdom! When Gary wasn’t selling gaskets, he was collecting guitars, fishing and going to the Casinos. He loved spending time with both his family in Wisconsin and his Rubber Fab Family right here in Sparta. Customers enjoyed seeing Gary at customer visits or trade shows. “I have never met anyone as passionate about what they did and don’t think I ever will again.” The sanitary sealing industry lost one a kind. There will never be another Gary Johnson like the one we got to know and love.
