Rubber Fab’s CTLP is a PTFE convoluted hose designed for flexibility, self-draining, and high purity operation. It is suitable for chemical transfer, discharge lines, and general service where a convoluted profile is beneficial. When paired with PTFE hose fittings, CTLP assemblies deliver reliable sealing and compatibility with a wide range of media. Optional braided PTFE hose configurations increase pressure capacity while maintaining bendability. This makes CTLP a versatile solution across chemical, food/beverage, and light hydraulic applications where convoluted PTFE hoses are specified.

CTLP features smooth, rounded convolutions for cleanability and superior flex life. Available end connections include flare thru Tri-Clamp and 150# flange, ensuring 100% PTFE coverage on wetted surfaces. The hose can be supplied as a braided PTFE hose for added pressure reinforcement or as a rubber covered option for abrasion protection. In suction applications, CTLP’s design helps resist vacuum collapse, while in discharge service it supports consistent flow. Its PTFE convoluted hose structure provides vibration dampening and tight bend radii, minimizing stress on system components while working seamlessly with PTFE hose fittings.
