Electropolishing

We can electropolish your parts if needed

Electrochemical in nature, electropolishing uses a combination of rectified current and a blended chemical electrolyte bath to remove flaws from the surface of a metal part. Electropolishing is often referred to as a “reverse plating” process. Electropolish is available for Rubber Fab’s stainless steel fittings and adapters.

Rubber Fab’s Orifice Plates can also be electropolished. This can add an additional level of protection depending on your application. We offer them in the tabbed version as well. Give us a call to discuss your application.
