CTLPS Hose
The CTLPS hose is a braided stainless steel cover PTFE lined hose will not be affected by weather or age in service
CTLPS is a stainless steel braided PTFE hose constructed on a convoluted core for enhanced flexibility with elevated pressure ratings. It is suitable for chemical transfer, hydraulic return, and food/beverage processes requiring robust performance and secure PTFE hose fittings. As a PTFE convoluted hose with braid, it balances flexibility and strength, making it effective in dynamic installations and ensuring that convoluted PTFE hoses meet both suction and discharge criteria.
The CTLPS design couples the cleanability of convoluted PTFE hoses with the stability of a metallic braid. End options include flare thru Tri-Clamp and 150# flange, providing 100% PTFE wetted surfaces. CTLPS fits discharge and suction categories and is compatible with a range of PTFE hose fittings to meet system requirements, including sanitary and industrial standards, whether you require a PTFE convoluted hose or a hybrid braided PTFE hose assembly.
