Hoses, Gaskets & Screens for the Breweries
Our inventory includes several FDA-certified, food grade hoses that offer kink-resistant flexibility as well as various brewery gaskets that will not impart taste or odor.
Rubber Fab offers a premium grade low permeation, extra flexible suction, and delivery hose for beer. With a bromobutyl lining, our RFFDABOCCR hose has an improved resistance to higher pressure and is crush resistant.

Sanitary Gaskets
Rubber Fab offers a wide variety of sanitary gaskets and o-rings. Hygienic seals are used widely in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Dairy, Food & Beverage, Industrial and Semi Conductor industries to seal clamp connections in sanitary pipe lines. We offer the entire product range of specialty gaskets in several elastomers, and fluoroelastomers. Rubber Fab excels in the manufacture of customer specified custom products as well.
O-Rings
Seal design is an important factor in food, dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical processing. An o-ring is a very important part of that design. O-rings are generally installed in a seal to prevent leaking, or loss of fluid. Rubber Fab offers AS568 Standard o-rings, metric, DIN and custom sizes in a wide variety of materials.

Sanitary Hose & Hose Assemblies
Rubber Fab offers a variety of rubber hoses in different materials to meet virtually any sanitary hose application. Our hose and hose assemblies always adhere to quality standards set forth by both the Pharmaceutical and Food Industries. Hose covers and accessories are also available.
Tubing
Rubber Fab offers a wide array of sanitary and specialty tubing. Our Platinum-cured silicone tubing is clean-room produced for critical pharmaceutical, biomedical, cosmetic and food applications. FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene) is an economical choice for applications requiring chemical resistance in combination with broad temperature exposure. The non-stick characteristics of fluoropolymer resin, combined with their low extractable levels and chemically inert nature makes PFA ideal for automotive, electronics, food and beverage, medical, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications. PTFE tubing has the broadest temperature range of any fluoropolymer and can resist highly corrosive liquids and gases even at elevated temperatures. PVDF (Kynar-Flex®) is an abrasion resistant fluoropolymer acceptable for use in applications requiring chemical resistance and low permeability.
Sight Gauges
Rubber Fab sight gauges are sturdy and perform well in high-stress applications. They are ideal for flow monitored applications where high temperatures and/or corrosive and abrasive products are processed. These liquid level sight flow indicators are high and low pressure rated, have a moderate pressure rating and are unaffected by ultra violet rays or sunlight. Rubber Fab’s sight gauges are not contaminating and will not impart odor or taste. They are ideal for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, high purity acids, and ultra pure water problem applications.
Hose Fittings & Adapters
Hose Fittings and Adapters have different uses. A hose fitting is either ”attached” to the hose by a crimp, or internally expanded to make a more permanent assemble. An adapter can either be attached to a hose by use of a band or some other method where it can disassembled easily, or it can “adapted” from a hose fitting to mate up with another type fitting.
Sanitary Clamps
Rubber Fab offers a variety of clamps for any application. Whether it is a single pin sanitary hinge clamp or a slotted clamp for a spore trap, all of your clamp needs are covered here. Also known as the Tri-Clover Clamp, these clamps work with standard tri-clamp gaskets and hose fittings/adapters.
Torqur-Rite® & Smart Clamp™
Over-tightening causes hygienic seal intrusion into the piping I.D., which can result in tearing and sticking resulting in system contamination. Rubber Fab’s Controlled Compression products act as a positive mechanical stop making “over-tightening” virtually impossible. The Torque-Rite® creates the right seal for any elastomer based on inch/pounds and the Torque Tee can be used as with the socket and any standard clamp to torque a seal in tight spaces.
Pump Replacement Parts
Rubber Fab has made many significant advancements in gasket and hygienic seal materials and manufacturing over the past few years and has applied this knowledge to the production of our Component Parts for pumps, fillers and system equipment.
Carton Filler Replacement Parts
Rubber Fab’s stock of Rolling Diaphragms are comprised of 3A, FDA compliant cloth reinforced EPDM elastomer. Specifically designed to have the most flex life in filling applications.
Sanitary Tube Supports
Hygienic Tube Supports are designed to meet the high demands of process piping in hygienic service applications. The automatic slope adjustment feature of the CH Series Dynamic hanger will promote drainability of the piping without imparting unnecessary stress into the piping. Drainability is a critical design feature in hygienic process piping. Sanitary Pipe and Tube Supports are available in a wide range of sizes and configurations and are offered with both an anchor or guide insert to meet the needs of any application. Rubber Fab offers many different series and within each series there are many different configurations available. We offer options for mounting such as welding, bolting, rail and strut mounting, double, and group mounting, etc. We always welcome a challenge, and would be happy to work with you to design a product that is custom-tailored to your application. This is where many of our developments are first generated, and helps to further progress the complexity of our product.
